New Leadership Taking Olathe Forward

These issues require a leader with a proven track record for community service. My own passion for public service began when I joined the US Army at the age of 18. I served six years in communications as part of a Long Range Surveillance Detachment in the 101st Airborne Division. I also led a Satellite Communications Team in Turkey during Desert Shield. For the last two years of my military service, I returned stateside where I was a Non-Commissioned military Police Officer at Ft. Hood, Texas.

Once I left the Army, I became a civilian Police Officer in Missouri. At that time I also received degrees in Criminal Justice Administration and Law Enforcement Sciences from Missouri Southern State University.

  • Improve Olathe's infrastructure to serve our growing community

  • Prioritize quality of life for Olathe families with world-class parks, trails, and recreational activities

A city that is not forward-thinking will struggle. We must be bold and innovative to thrive in the coming years.

I moved to Olathe with my wife and daughter 17 years ago and currently work in asset protection and safety for a national retailer. I am an active member of the community, serving my neighbors as...
